All spots are first come, first serve on move-in day. We do not guarantee a spot so make sure to be here early on move-in day! Hours for move-in and move-out day are 9am-11am. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to move-in your vehicle before or after move-in day. Any property not moved out after March 25, 2023 is subject to a $25/day late fee.

Due to the rising costs of operations, our storage rates have increased.

• Grandstands, Roxie Marks Hall, Copeland Center, Baby Animal Barn: $15/ft - minimum $150 charge
• Horse Barn: $13/ft - minimum $130 charge
• Cattle Barn: $12/ft - minimum $120 charge
