Host your next event at the Fairgrounds! Types of events held include flower sales, flea markets, auctions, music festivals and circuses. This list is not all-inclusive. Please contact us regarding your particular requirements.
Daily rate: $500.00 plus a $250.00 *refundable deposit
Non-profit organizations: $250.00 daily plus a $250.00 *refundable deposit (must show proof of 501(c)3 status
*Deposit is refundable upon inspection and approval of the state of the facility at the discretion of the office and/or fair board. If the state of the facility is not approved by the office and/or fair board, the deposit will be utilized to pay for the facility to be cleaned.
Use of the restrooms in Davis Hall is included in the rental fee, if requested at the time the contract is signed. For larger groups, port-a-potties will be the responsibility of the renting party.
Two, 2-cubic-foot dumpsters are available for use at the rate of $70.00 each. If additional dumpsters are needed, it is the responsibility of the renting party to provide them from an outside source.

Paved parking lot and grass parking lot located east of the Grandstand for use as an off-site parking venue for events with a shuttle - call for pricing.
Winter storage is available for motorhomes, boats, and cars, typically from the 1st Saturday in November through the last Saturday of March each year (depending on holidays) and is typically held from 9am-11am on those days. Information packets are mailed in late September for confirmation of the storage dates and any changes, as well as the storage contract.
The prices are listed below are for the entire duration of storage and are subject to change before move-in day:
Roxie Marks Hall/Dave Copeland Center/Grandstand/Baby Animal Barn/Davis Hall (all cement floors) $15.00/ft, minimum charge is $150.00
- Horse Barn (dirt/lime floor) - $13.00/foot, minimum charge is $130.00
- Cattle Barn (dirt floor) - $12.00/ft., minimum charge is $120.00
- *All vehicles are measured by a fair board member before they are moved into a building/barn.*
ALL storage is on a first come first serve basis on winter storage move-in day, we do not guarantee a spot will be available if you are not here that day before the buildings fill up.
Your vehicle/boat will not be accessible until move-out day. Additionally, we do not carry insurance on stored items and we are not liable for any damage for any reason. There is a contract to be filled out prior to move-in day outlining this as well as your information.
