Copeland Center

Daily rate: $500.00 plus a $250.00 refundable deposit

Non-profit organizations: $250.00 daily plus a $250.00 refundable deposit (must show proof of 501(c)3 status).

Use of the restrooms in Davis Hall is included in the rental fee, if requested at the time the contract is signed. For larger groups, port-a-potties will be the responsibility of the renting party. Two, 2-cubic-yard dumpsters are available for use at the rate of $75.00 each. If additional dumpsters are needed, it is the responsibility of the renting party to provide them from an outside source.
Sheep Barn or Baby Animal Barn

Winter Storage

Winter storage is available for motor homes, boats, and cars, from the first Saturday in November through the last Saturday of March each year (dependent on holidays).
